Our Family
Southern Air Heating & Cooling LLC is a locally owned and operated company built around family, hard work, and a genuine commitment to taking care of our customers. As a husband-and-wife team, Joshua and Sara strive for excellence in everything they do and believe that every customer deserves honest service, personal attention, and to be treated like family.
Sara has been a nurse since 2007, with a special passion for geriatrics and caring for others. Her heart for helping people carries over into everything she does at Southern Air. Joshua has been in the HVAC trade since 2014, with experience ranging from large commercial systems to residential heating and cooling. He takes pride in his work and especially enjoys building lasting relationships with customers and the community.
Outside of Southern Air, family is at the center of their lives. They enjoy spending time with their two children, Addison and Easton, getting outdoors, hunting, fishing, gardening, exploring local restaurants, volunteering, and giving back to organizations that are close to their hearts, including Samaritan’s Purse, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Ducks Unlimited, & Boykin Spaniel Society.
Their family has always included their beloved dogs as well. They are the proud owners of Boykin Spaniels Copper, MRK Bandit, Southern Belle, & Southern Carolina Peach. They also lovingly remember their pit bull, Oakley, who they lost in the fall of 2025. Oakley was a cherished part of their family and will always hold a special place in their hearts.
